Abe heeft niet de beste dag van zijn leven. Mimi, zijn Spaanse vriendin, vertelt hem dat zij zwanger is en neemt in overspannen toestand het vliegtuig naar Madrid. Daarna krijgt Abe het aan de stok met gangster Danny Devine, die hem 24 uur de tijd geeft, om zijn schuld terug te betalen. Vervolgens wordt ook nog zijn mobiele telefoon verwisseld met die van een huurmoordenaar, waardoor Abe per ongeluk de opdracht krijgt iemand te vermoorden. Nu moet Abe proberen genoeg geld bij elkaar te krijgen, om Devine terug te betalen en ook nog proberen zijn vriendin Mimi terug te winnen. Zou het hem lukken zonder iemand te vermoorden of zelf vermoord worden?
